Bungee 101 is a 45 minute cardio-blasting, core-strengthening workout which utilizes resistance from the bungee. During the workout there will be modifications offered to suite every fitness level.

Tabata Bungee is a high intensity 30 min workout.
Tabata Bungee workout consists of :
-20 seconds of intense activity
-10 seconds of rest
-8 rounds with 1 minute rest between rounds
Tabata Bungee can burn more fat than an hour of low-intensity cardio!

Strength and Conditioning while in the Bungee. Toning Bungee workout combine weights to tone, lift, firm, and shape your body.
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. This workout will be with a TRX suspension straps and may include bungee work also.

Dance Bungee is a 45 minute high energy dance class where you will be moving and grooving while getting a full body workout.
Bungee Fly is a 30 min cardio class that incorporates all of our favorite moves in one class!
This class is not only FUN but it is also a high calorie burn workout!!
Bungee Cardio Kickboxing is a 30 min. high-intensity cardio class that combines punching, kicking and boxing combinations with strength training for maximum calorie burn
Bungee Bootcamp is a full-body fitness program that combines weights and cardio. Bungee Bootcamp incorporate interval training- alternating fast and slow rhythms and resistance training.
Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.
