What is Bungee Fitness? Bungee fitness is a motion based, resistance training program that allows the needed buoyancy, provided by the bungee cord and harness attached at your hip, to perform exercises that you may not be able to do without assistance-no pain on the joints! We use a combination of fitness training and a full body cardio workout that is high intensity all while you float weightlessly.
Wear comfortable clothing, bring a sweat towel, don't forget water!! Make sure you wait about 1-1 1/2 hours after eating before taking your class. Don't forget to use the bathroom before you begin!!!
Please arrive 15-20 min early to get you matched with the correct harness size and bungee.
We will take your weight to match you with the correct harness and bungee. Please arrive on time or you will not be able to join class if late

Members who understand the basic beginner moves and have shown ability to perform at a higher fitness level. You must have participated in Bungee 101 and the trainer has recommended Intermediate classes for you.
Dedicated Intermediate Class friday nights at 6:15pm
Please don't book this class until you have completed Bungee 101
