Bungee fitness is a motion based, resistance training program that allows the needed buoyancy, provided by the bungee cord and harness attached at your hip, to perform exercises that you may not be able to do without assistance-no pain on the joints! We use a combination of fitness training and a full body cardio workout that is high intensity all while you float weightlessly.

Kitten yoga is a fun and unique way to combine the benefits of yoga with the playful energy of kittens. It's a great way to reduce stress, improve your mood, and get some exercise. All kittens are available for adoption through the Animalovers rescue.

What is a Rebounder Class?
It's a full-body workout that mixes cardio and muscular endurance while on a mini trampoline. The cardio jumping strengthens your heart and lungs and boosts lymphatic circulation. This is low impact so it's kind on your joints!
What is Rebounder Strength?
We will be using weights, and other muscle building tools to get those muscles fired up while working that core on the rebounder.

Yes! you can do pushups with the bungees help- THANK YOU BUNGEE!
At Fly to Fit we want you to enjoy your workout !
We don't want you to have to work out in a dirty area from your shoes. Bring your clean sneakers in and change at the studio. Don't worry if you forget- We got you! We have disinfectant wipes you can use to wipe the bottoms before class
It will take a few minutes to change into your shoes and get fitted into your harness and adjust your bungee
You will be in a harness and there will be some pressure on your abdomen so give yourself an hour and half before class without eating
We are going to get sweaty!!
We will take water breaks. We do sell water in the studio if you forget
We don't ask your weight. Your trainer will adjust/add more bungees as needed so that you can obtain the correct form and support. The bungees will assist you through your workout so you can go at your own pace.
The Rebounder Classes have a 300 pound weight limit.
