Bungee fitness is a motion based, resistance training program that allows the needed buoyancy, provided by the bungee cord and harness attached at your hip, to perform exercises that you may not be able to do without assistance-no pain on the joints! We use a combination of fitness training and a full body cardio workout that is high intensity all while you float weightlessly.

Fly to Fit Bungee Fitness offers a 45-minute kids bungee class. This class is a unique and exciting way for kids to get active and have fun while learning basic bungee techniques and movements.
The class is designed to be safe and enjoyable for all skill levels. Children will be supervised by trained instructors who will guide them through a variety of exercises and games that incorporate bungee cords. These activities help to improve coordination, balance, and strength while also boosting self-confidence and promoting a love of physical activity.
The bungee cords provide support and reduce the impact on joints, making it a low-impact workout suitable for kids of all ages and abilities. It's a great way for children to burn energy, develop motor skills, and create lasting memories.

Rebounder classes!
What is a Rebounder Class?
It's a full-body workout that mixes cardio and muscular endurance while on a mini trampoline. The cardio jumping strengthens your heart and lungs and boosts lymphatic circulation. This is low impact so it's kind on your joints!
Saturdays @ 9:30am and
Wednesdays @ 6:15pm
Let the bungee absorb all that joint stress so you can work out PAIN FREE!
Yes! You can do pushups with the bungees help- THANK YOU BUNGEE!
At Fly to Fit we want you to enjoy your workout!
We don't want you to have to work out in a dirty area from your shoes. Bring your clean sneakers in and change at the studio. Don't worry if you forget- We got you! We have disinfectant wipes you can use to wipe the bottoms before class.
It will take a few minutes to change into your shoes, get fitted into your harness, and adjust your bungee.
You will be in a harness and there will be some pressure on your abdomen so give yourself an hour and half before class without eating.
We are going to get sweaty!!
We will take water breaks. We do sell water in the studio if you forget.
At our fitness studio, your comfort and privacy are paramount. That's why we never ask for your weight. Instead, our experienced trainers utilize their specialized bungee training to make your workout perfect. However, there is a 500-pound weight limit for the bungee classes.
The Rebounder Classes have a 300-pound weight limit.
All ages and fitness levels are welcome.
