Bungee 101 is a 45 minute cardio-blasting, core-strengthening workout which utilizes resistance from the bungee. During the workout there will be modifications offered to suite every fitness level.

Tabata Bungee is a high intensity 30 min workout.
Tabata Bungee workout consists of :
-20 seconds of intense activity
-10 seconds of rest
-8 rounds with 1 minute rest between rounds
Tabata Bungee can burn more fat than an hour of low-intensity cardio!

Aerobic Bungee consists of our signature flying and strength building exercises in the format of a quick 30 minute class. This endurance based class will get your heart rate up all while having FUN
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. This workout will be with a TRX suspension straps and may include bungee work also.
One hour Yoga while kitten roam the room and interact with you! Get ready for a little bit of yoga and a lot of kitten love. All kittens are available fro adoption through the Kitten Angels Rescue
Private Party Rentals. Your own personal bungee class with a mini bungee workout and bungee games. Your group will play bungee hungry, hungry hippo and more. Max 10 guests. Please contact the studio to set up your party. This is a one of kind party experience!
