Bungee fitness is suitable for all fitness levels. Your bungee certified instructor will include modifications as needed to accommodate for different fitness levels. Bungee fitness combines resistance with a cardiovascular workout, this increases your heart rate as well as increasing endurance. Expect to get a full body workout including your core, arms, legs and back.
Make sure you have a change of shoes, wear comfortable clothing, bring a sweat towel, don't forget water!! Make sure you wait about 1 to 1-1/2 hours after eating before taking your class.
Please arrive 10-15 min early to get you matched with the correct harness size and bungee.
